To improve overallservices and performance of Contact Center Regular to Company’ Client customers, it is critical for OutboundManager to institute an experienced outsourcing service to help provide energyservices Outbound Contact Center Regular comprising the agent, team leader andsupervisor. The services provided to customers shall be in accordance with theService Standards from transcosmos’ Client. The role requires candidates to beable to fulfill and commit to below Responsibilities tied with Requirements.
SALES MANAGER |
ü Managingan Outbound team comprises of
Supervisor, Training Leader, QA and Telesales inall aspects of a call center
context.
Experience:
ü Atleast 3 year-experience in leading a telesales
team/Call Center, prefernutrition industry
ü 2years experienced with Supervisor position or
above.
ü Experiencein managing to performance targets
desired
ü Projectmanagement experience, able to work
independently on multiple concurrentinitiatives
