Backend technical lead (Java)

 Come help us build an amazing content management system that will be used by the best game developers in the world. It's a public SaaS product with a browser-based frontend. Users will include existing clients such as Tencent, Warner Bros, Bethesda, King, Capcom and Square Enix. We’re looking for a Backend Technical Lead to join our team.

Backend technical lead (Java)

- Work with product team, our users and C-level stakeholders to understand product-vision and be responsible for the technical implementation
- Take active part in understanding our user’s pain points and suggest solutions
- Be able to demonstrate Gridly both internally and externally using English
- Inspire, mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance for teams
- Participate in hiring processes expanding our development team
- Planning and prioritizing work for team members
- Working in team to ensure the quality of products as well as development process
- Lead initiative in architectural design, implementation and improvements
- Design and develop particular services/components from scratch
- Explore and apply latest technology to solve critical challenges
- Ensuring the safety of the system and champion compliance efforts such as Soc2
- Organize internal and external events to talk about technology and help promote Localize Direct in the Vietnamese tech community

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

• - Strong mentorship and leadership skills
• - Experience in designing scalable system, microservices architecture
• - Proficiency with Java, Spring framework
• - Expert in designing and handling large database
• - Prior experience with security of enterprise system
• - Familiar with deployment technologies (CI/CD, Container, AWS)
• - Excellent verbal and written English skills
• - 5+ years with professional enterprise Java development
• - 3+ years with leading or managing development teams
• - Honest, collaborative, quality mindset with a can-do attitude
• - Excellent problem solving; strong passion for challenges, learning and sharing
• - Strong interest in following the latest technology trends
• - Excellent presentation skills
