Network Manager - WAREHOUSE - LOGISTICS

- Dealing with vendors to provide linehaul service for the network
- Keep track of quality, quantity, productivity, cost of Linehaul Deparment to guarantee efficiency

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a warehouse/logistics manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Proven track of setting up process of a new project or start-up phrase of logistics service
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Good commercial and business understanding
- Can travel frequently for business purpose
- Can communicate in English

NOTE: ÚNG VIÊN trúng tuyển sẽ quản lý Routing, di chuyển hàng hóa từ Sorting center này đến Sorting center khác, đến Hub khác để làm sao hiệu quả và tối ưu chi phí nhất.
- Dự định sẽ xây Team có 20 thành viên ở HCM, do ứng viên trúng tuyển quản lý
- Nơi làm việc cụ thể: ở Hub hoặc Sorting center (cụ thể sẽ trao đổi thêm trong buổi phỏng vấn)
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từ Ecommerce logistic như Giaohangnhanh, Giaohangtietkiem, Grab, Ahamove, Lazada,...
