o Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh, đây là JD của bạn:
• Receive booking request from Clients
• Reserve space to carrier & interline by email
• Input booking details to carrier’s system
• Release booking to client after receiving confirmation from all partners
• Input booking to Cargo MS system
• Update booking to load plan of CUS-OPS and CUS-Sales

• Send load plan & update before estimated time of departure if any change
• Send Bill and docs to client/ agent if required
• Send sales report to carrier/accountant if required
• Solve cargo problem & complaint from client together with sales
• Update status/solve problem of inbound cargoes if receiving request from agent/
• Support OPS/Sales/Accounting if needed
