- University graduate, major in IT and Telecommunication - Good knowledge of Network. Certificates such as CCNP/JNCIP is preferred. - Have at least 01 year working experience in Post-sales of IP/IP Security network. Priority has been involved in large network projects - For Senior level: At least 02 year Post-sales experience in IP/IP Security and 01 year Presales experience - Be good at English (understand the technical documents, communication with experts of vendors). - Be active, willing to learn, enthusiastic and challenged. - Be good at communication and time management skills What You'll Do · The Presales Network Engineer provides an architectural perspective across products portfolio and can leverage his / her technical specialization for specific opportunities. · Work on tender documents (pre and post tender activities) prepare technical proposals, documents Proactively generate leads through customer meetings, seminars. · Adept at responding to RFPs, RFI'S,RFQ's creating collaterals, whitepapers · Hands On proposal writing & Reviewing · Define customer business problem in a technical context · Define solution options and articulate the benefits of a solution · Research and demonstrate solution ROI · Solution development, including leveraging replicable architectures and researching customized solutions · Develop proof of concept, including presentation and documentation of test results · Present technical components of ICT solutions to customer Competencies & Behaviors Business Acumen · Understand competitor offerings and provide input to the sales team on product positioning and differentiation. Who You Are · Several years of related experience. · Juniper/Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required. · Pre-Sales experience highly recommended. · JNCIP/CCNP Certification or higher preferred. · Strong understanding of the customer business model and common financial pain points; ability to frame offerings in terms of business drivers · Advanced understanding of Juniper/Cisco vision and technology; articulate the vision from the customer perspective · Understand customer business drivers and how to map these to a customer network platform Technical · Understand networking industry trends, including new products and solutions · Understand competitive product and solution landscape · Advanced knowledge in Routing & Switching · Advanced knowledge in Networking Platform Design · Excellent technical consulting skills, including ability to define trade-offs, ask probing questions, and incorporate solutions into a broader technology environment · Proactively share information about common replicable architectures that are most appropriate for assigned customers · The technical specialist SE has an in depth knowledge of their specialization and adjacent technologies including product, technology, and competitive information · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Write and speak English fluently. Skillsets and Qualifications We are looking for qualified individuals who have skillsets in at least one of the following areas : Skillset Area 1: ISP/Telecom Industry Pre-sales experience in service provider IP/Telecom · Strong foundational knowledge of IP/MPLS technologies (MPLS, L3/L2VPN, QoS, TE/FRR, multicast, IPv6, segment routing), Datacenter switching, X86 SDN, NFV, OpenStack, Automation is highly desirable · Solid knowledge of Juniper equipment and ISP solutions (IP Core, CGNAT, BNG, Metro Ethernet…) · Knowledge of NMS/SDN/NFV Skillset Area 2: Enterprise/Security Industry · In-depth understanding of the following technologies: Juniper/HP Enterprise Solution/Products, Data Center Architecture, IT Security, Cloud Security, Data Security · Knowledge of NMS/SDN/NFV · Certifications such as CCNP/JNCIP/CCDP/JNCDP/CISSP or higher
