| Senior Security Program Management Lead |
Applies knowledge of data, information, processes, organizational interactions, skills, and analytical expertise, as well as systems, networks, and information exchange capabilities to manage security programs.
- Conducts independent comprehensive assessments of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by an information technology (IT) system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls.
- Develops and maintains cybersecurity plans, strategy, and policy to support and align with organizational cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with agency or enterprise priorities.
- Provides legal advice and recommendations on relevant topics related to cyber law.
- Develops and oversees privacy compliance program and privacy program staff, supporting privacy compliance, governance/policy, and incident response needs of privacy and security executives and their teams.
- Managing the employment lifecycle and performance of personnel in accordance with security policies and requirements (background checks, succession planning, disciplinary action, termination, etc.) .
- Managing the knowledge, skills, capabilities, and availability of the information security team.
- Implementing an enterprise-wide, role-based information security awareness and training program
Yêu cầu bắt buộc
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple security/networks/systems management.
- Certifications addressing security and risk management, asset security, security engineering, communications and network security, identity and access management, security assessment and testing, security operations, software development security, authentication, authorization, and accountability, cryptography foundations, information security and risk management principles, network foundations, information security governance, security program development and management.
- Ability to develop policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities.
- Ability to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation).
Analytics Experience
- Experience in leveraging best practices and lessons learned of external organizations and academic institutions dealing with cyber issues.
- Experience in analyzing laws, regulations, policies, and guidance relevant to organization cyber objectives.
- Experience in developing analytic approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.
