Tech Lead (Only local in Singapore)

- Manage project activities for project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
- Provide regular projects communication including status updates, progress status and key performance indicators
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects
- Work closely with stakeholders, and tech support team to ensure end objectives are met
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
- Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation
- Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completions
- Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users’ requirements

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

- Must be Singapore permanent residents
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (tech lead)
- Must be very hands-on and proficient in latest Frontend and Backend technologies.
- Experience with E-Commerce and Logistics (eg.Warehouse Management System) will be an advantage
- Proficient in Java
- Familiar with JSP, Spring MVC, JPA, RMI,etc.
- Familiar with Relational Data Base, Redis Technology
- Keen to learn new technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills
- Able to work effectively in a professional manner with technology staff, business stakeholders, end users, and external parties
- Self-motivated and pro-active individual
