- Build up and manage operations of 5-7 Sorting Centers across the country
Main KPIs: ontime sorting, sorter productivity, cost per order, warehouse proficiency
- Build up and manage a team of 500-1000 people

Sorting Center Manager - Warehouse

- Keep track of quality, quantity, productivity, cost of Sorting Deparment to guarantee efficiency
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Yêu cầu

- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Warehouse/logistics manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Proven track of setting up process of a new project or start-up phrase of logistics service
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Good commercial and business understanding
- Can travel frequently for business purpose
- Can communicate in English

LOCATION: HOCHIMINH

NOTE

- Ưu tiên ứng viên từ Ecommerce logistic như Giaohangnhanh, Giaohangtietkiem, Grab, Ahamove, Lazada,...
- Working location: Hub or Sorting center (specific address will be updated later during the interview)
- Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM
