Senior Security Engineering Lead

 Ensures that the stakeholder security requirements necessary to protect the organization’s mission and business processes are adequately addressed in all aspects of enterprise architecture & implementation including reference models, segment and solution architectures, and the resulting systems supporting those missions and business processes.

Senior Security Engineering Lead 

- Supervises, manages, and/or leads work and workers performing cyber and cyber-related and/or cyber operations work.
- Develop/integrate cybersecurity designs for systems and networks with multilevel security requirements or requirements for the processing of multiple classification levels of data primarily applicable to organizations.
- Responsible for the analysis and development of the integration, testing, operations, and maintenance of systems security.
- Conducts software and systems engineering and software systems research to develop new capabilities, ensuring cybersecurity is fully integrated. Conducts comprehensive technology research to evaluate potential vulnerabilities in cyberspace systems.
- Design, develop, integrate, and update system security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation.
- Tests, implements, deploys, maintains, and administers the infrastructure hardware and software.

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

Domain Expertise
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple security/networks/systems operations
- Certifications addressing security and risk management, asset security, security engineering, communications and network security, identity and access management, security assessment and testing, security operations, software development security, security architecture analysis, technology-related BCP and DRP.
- Ability to apply the methods, standards, and approaches for describing, analyzing, and documenting an organization's enterprise information technology (IT) architecture (e.g., Open Group Architecture Framework [TOGAF], NIST Cyber Security Framework [CsF], Control Objectives for Information Technologies [COBIT]).
- Ability to apply an organization's goals and objectives to develop and maintain architecture.
- Ability to execute technology integration processes.

Analytics Experience
- Experience in leveraging best practices and lessons learned of external organizations and academic institutions dealing with cyber issues.
- Experience in identifying systemic security issues based on the analysis of vulnerability and configuration data.
- Experience in developing analytic approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.
