Senior Shared Platform Lead

 The Head of Shared Platform drives the implementation of strategy for shared system platform to ensure standardization, agility and availability of stable and secure common systems and services. 

                                                    Senior Shared Platform Lead

He/She manages project resource allocation and develops service implementation, knowledge transfer and guidance to development teams on usage of shared platforms and services; scopes out policies and sets performance expectations. He identifies problems and presents new methodologies/solutions to key stakeholders to enhance and improve the delivery of shared platform services.

He has expertise in the planning, implementation and maintenance of shared platform services across cloud, on-premise, server and network infrastructure. He is familiar with the infrastructure deployment, processes, tools and methodologies. He is knowledgeable in both technical and business aspects of the organisation’s need in shared system services. He works and identifies needs from various department to facilitate improvement on core shared platform services.

The Head of Shared Platform is able to address multifaceted issues effectively to ensure services are stable and secure. He adopts a methodical approach to managing project resources and communicates well to his team and key stakeholders on the solutions developed.

Minimum 10 years experience with high performance, high scale system design

- Develop architecture requirements and maintain oversight
- Manage quality and continuous improvement of architecture
- Research emerging technologies
