                                                   TUYỂN DUNG PRODUCT MANAGER - SaaS

As a Product Manager, you will own our product roadmap and build the teams to execute our vision. You will play a critical role in leading our company to success by leading across cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Design, Engineers, etc.).

- Define our product strategy, road map, and go to market strategies along with our leadership team and stakeholders
- Build and lead our Product team
- Define and implement work processes to ensure smooth product delivery at scale
- Work closely with our Engineering team to ensure the consistent release and increasing value to end-users
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to help refine product messaging / marketing
- Define and execute on our packaging/pricing strategy
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand and prioritize customer feedback and translate them into product releases
- Overview all product market research and requirement production

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

- Has built successful global SaaS (Software as a Service) products
- Has experienced joining such teams at early stages and scaled them up successfully
- Has already built and managed product teams - 3-5 years experience ++
- Has a strong product mindset, understand product growth strategies/playbooks, and has a sharp sense of product craftsmanship
- High emotional intelligence and multicultural awareness
- Able to communicate with stakeholders in English fluently
- Articulate communicator who can work with cross-functional teams with natural ease

NOTE

- Grove team size: 30 thành viên
- Developer team size: 10 thành viên
- Vị trí này sẽ là người đứng giữa và phối hợp (collaborator) với Engineering team, UI/UX và team Marketing
- Công ty đã chính thức ra mắt được 2 năm. Hiện tại product đang ở giai đoạn Product.
- Có thể phỏng vấn online nếu ứng viên hiện không ở HCM
- Ưu tiên ứng viên người Việt sống ở nước ngoài và đã từng xây dựng sản phẩm quy mô Global từ ban đầu. Và có mong muốn về Việt Nam làm việc.
